Public Relations
True Shine is currently looking for a motivated individual to join our PR department. Minimum qualifications are Bachelor’s degree with 2 years relevant experience in public relations. Interested candidates, please send an email to HR_Jobs@Trueshineentertainment.com.
Sales Department
True Shine Entertainment is currently looking for highly motivated individuals to join the Street Team in the sales department. Street team members are responsible for getting the word out to the target demographic for all True Shine events, including album release parties, shows, guest appearances, fan night, competitions, and community events. Media used include radio, print, flyers, and online advertising. Training and gear is provided. All street team members get VIP access to promoted events and this is a great opportunity for music lovers who want to attend premium events but can’t afford the VIP-ticket price. Our Commitment to Excellence
An internship with True Shine Entertainment provides students with the opportunity to obtain real world experience at one of the top music companies in Portland. Our internships provide on-the-job training by allowing interns to shadow industry professionals in a variety of departments. Every intern is assigned a special project that will both assist them in increasing their understanding of how each department operates, and aid the department in addressing a business need. True Shine Entertainment values its interns, and strives to provide each intern with a mutually rewarding experience.
Professional Development
In addition to providing industry experience, we ensure that our interns get the most out of their internship with our organization. Intern events are conducted every semester providing interns with an opportunity to socialize and network with their fellow interns, interact with executives from the company, and attend a resume writing workshop. Our interns also serve as a pipeline for entry-level positions. Every graduating senior has an opportunity to meet with our on-site entry-level recruiter upon graduation in order to be considered for full time employment opportunities.

To qualify for an internship with True Shine Entertainment you must:
* be currently enrolled at an accredited college/university;
* make a commitment of at least 15 hours per week; and
* be able to receive college credit for your internship and A LETTER OF PROOF MUST BE SUBMITTED.
